My first week with The Hiring Group was a whirlwind in the best possible way. From the get go, I was warmly welcomed into the family and included in all the discussions and meetings with the team. Throughout the week, every member of the team made it a point to spend some one-on-one time with me to tell me about their jobs and how our roles impact each other on a daily basis. These meetings were incredibly helpful because I came from a much smaller work environment where I played multiple roles and didn’t interact much with a team.
At The Hiring Group, internal roles are more defined so each team member can give their best to making the company great and the focus on my role has allowed me to learn quickly. Each team member is part of a family where we interact as much outside of the office as we do inside, and that kind of bond only serves to create a healthier work environment that allows the company to be the best at what it does. That kind of attention extends beyond just each other and includes our contractors and other recruits who work for The Hiring Group outside of our office.
It was obvious to me right away that this was a company and a group of people that are not only very good at what they do but put a lot of effort and time into matching a candidate with the perfect position for them and assisting them throughout the interview process. Members of the team set reasonable expectations for job seekers and are honest and thoughtful during the candidate’s search.
Every contractor working for The Hiring Group is offered the same benefits as internal staff, which is very uncommon in the industry. That level of distinction is just one more thing about the company that allows it to stand out in the industry and prompts the best people to come work for us. It was the company culture and the desire to make an impact on people’s lives that drew me to applying here and my first week only reinforced my thoughts.
